Both instances were pleasant, cordial, professional and enjoyable. The most recent experience with George R. was wonderfully easy going and efficient. I had requested model information in advance of our test drive and George kept me up to date on the delivery and availability of stock. He greeted us warmly as we arrived. The trade in experience felt easier than I expected. We were barely at the dealership 2 hours and left with our new car!
