I am giving them 5 stars because through out the pandemic the staff has managed to keep a positive attitude during the most challenging times. Over the past 3 months, they’ve faced staffing challenges and tried their best to accommodate staff and customers. Anyone with intelligence could see it wasn’t an easy task. I was happy to see customers like myself extending them grace and understanding when the line was long due to understaffing issues. I ordered two apples pies around 530pm. The time stamp on the pies was 7:30 am & 3:41. They were very cold obviously because the pies were old. ~Maria
