Its typical to receive old, cold, hard fpod at restaurants when they're closing, so i was definitely impressed when i received my sandwich. The meat was fresh, it came right off the grill with the juices! Fries was fresh and nicely salted! Shoutout to the manager, Matthew and the grill person, Anthony! I know you don't receive many compliments in the food industry, so I definitely wanted to make sure that you guys got noticed! Give these guys a raise and the drive thru cashier was pleasant, didn't catch a name.

At this McDonald's you never know your order will be right, hot, and/or fast. I definitely notice they have a higher-than-average wrong order and cold fries than most other McDonalds I visit. However, if you go to any McDonald's in Penn Hills, this is the best one to get your food.

We ordered two mchickens two McDoubles two large fries and two large cokes….. we asked when we pulled up to the window where our drinks were and they said there’s no drinks but they charged for 3 large fries… they gave us our drinks after we asked for them. They asked for the large fry back.. the fries were cold the burgers were overcooked… worst experience ever. Waste of 20 dollars

I usually like this McDonald’s location, but today while waiting in the drive thru my opinion of this place changed. An employee came outside to through away some trash. He was swearing loudly to himself and my windows were down so my 5 year old could hear everything. I also watched this employee go in and out of the building a couple times while he had a lit cigarette in his mouth. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited in the drive thru and heard employees ranting and swearing—the drive thru is right by the back door to the building and that seems to be the smoke spot for breaks which is fine—but employees should be more considerate of their language and actions while customers are near. We can see and hear you—at least try to pretend to be professional.

It's clean and the employees are always friendly. I seem to have better luck with this McD's than others as far as freshness is concerned. Other than that it is just another fast food restaurant begging to take your money in exchange for killing you faster through very tasty burgers and fries.

Hit or miss. Sometimes they get it right, but most of the time, my orders are incorrect. Nothing beats the two separate occasions where they served me raw hamburgers. The afternoon crew is rude.
