We got boosters today and didn’t have to wait and he was awesome with giving it very friendly and nice everyone there was great I live on Logan ferry so there are places closer to me but this one I go to because they are quick and painless, so very happy with them and when my oldest is do for a booster I will be back. Thank you

I am giving them 5 stars because through out the pandemic the staff has managed to keep a positive attitude during the most challenging times. Over the past 3 months, they’ve faced staffing challenges and tried their best to accommodate staff and customers. Anyone with intelligence could see it wasn’t an easy task. I was happy to see customers like myself extending them grace and understanding when the line was long due to understaffing issues. I want to send a big warm THANK YOU to the staff for keeping your head up and pushing through…. ❤️❤️❤️

I honestly do not feel they deserve even one star! This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever come across coming from someone that works in an ER and as busy as it is we would NEVER! Make patients wait a week to two weeks without their meds. They do not answer the phone to even know if you prescription is filled they close whenever they seem fit to close. I would say I feel bad for the fact they are short staffed but every time I have gone there I have witnessed on of the pharm tech on a personal call while a line waited until it was convenient for her to “help” when you are “helped” the staff is extremely rude and could careless what you are going through! If you hate your job you shouldn’t be doing it! I will NEVER EVER use this pharmacy nor would I recommend anyone ever using it. I honestly hope this location closes because I have never in my life seen so much dysfunction and down right ignorance!

I would give this location (7345 Saltsburg Road in Penn Hiils) negative stars if I could. For months the pharmacy has refused to answer their phone and neither does the main part of the store. They closed their drive-through, so at any time of day you'll be waiting in line behind 10-15 people! You won't even know if your prescription is ready because they don't answer their phones or send you a text. Yes, I know they're busy with COVID-19 vaccines and flu shots, but the way they operate their store is completely unacceptable! Needless to say, I transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy (not a Rite Aid obviously) and I've had no problem whatsoever with reaching someone at my new pharmacy when I call. So please, save yourself some trouble and stay far away from this Rite Aid. Transfer your prescriptions elsewhere, you'll be glad that you did!

I came in to get my Covid-19 booster today. The pharmacist must have been extremely busy. I was not in the vaccination area for over 2 minutes. THIS IS NOT A COMPLIMENT! The room was cluttered, trash can was overflowing with band-aid wrappers and alcohol pads. I made my way over to the chair and removed the sleeve of my coat to await the injection. My bottom had barely touched the chair, when I had an alcohol wipe stabbed on my skin not allowed to dry, to fully disinfect area. Fat on my arm pinched, not my muscle as it is supposed to be, then stabbed quickly, plunger on the syringe shot down like a bullet and removed just as quick. Serum dripping down my arm, by this point my jaw was on the floor. Zero care for the patient! She slapped the band-aid on so fast, it didn't go over the puncture wound. She told me to stay in the waiting area for 15 minutes. Then she ran out of the room! I removed and reaffixed the band-aid. I watched after her, totally shocked. Awed by the sheer disrespect shown towards me. Not 90 seconds after I entered that room, I was exiting. Is this how your people are trained to treat your patrons? This is incredible! Rite-Aid, you need to figure this out, never allow this to happen to another person!

Literally the worst, the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever came across. I tried picking up my mothers medicine for the past 2 days now and every time i go they say it’s not ready and to come back tomorrow. I asked if another pharmacy had it so i can go there instead and told me the one in monroeville did but when i got there, they didn’t. We’re switching pharmacy’s this is borderline unprofessional wouldn’t recommend at all. On top of that the pharmacy technicians are extremely rude. Worst experience ever.

This one location is worst one. We are waiting since last week on our prescription to refill, it’s still not done yet. We tried to calling them no body picks up. They are super busy understand it. But they need to hire more people and move faster. Patient needs there prescriptions on time. If m not getting my meds on time then what’s the reason to get treated by doc. Always a long wait here.

Not a good pharmacy if you like having your medicine filled without having to wait for a half hour. They are really short staffed and I feel for that but they don’t refill my medicine unless I call them but they don’t ever answer the phone so you end up waiting anyway. I switched to the Rite Aid at 6200 Saltsburg Rd. and they had my refill ready without having to call them or wait.

I have had nothing but trouble with this store. If it wasn't so close to my house I would change to the Rite Aid on 286. The girl that gives you your prescriptions has no personality at all. The prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. I dropped off a prescription at the drive through because the inside was closed and had to wait 5 day to get it filled. They lost my bottle and said they had no record of me dropping it off. They never pick up their phone, I have pushed "3" eleven times with no answer. How can they do this with peoples prescriptions...don't they realize that some prescriptions are seriously needed and cannot be missed.
