Best nail salon in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I absolutely would recommend this place to anybody. Everyone was so nice. I got my nails done by Jen. She was very sweet. She does great work. Very quick but precise. She double checks her creativity making sure everything is in tact and suitable for the costumer. Definitely worth going back. Service: Acrylic nails ~Rhonda

Never again I have visited this shop before and Henry did my pedi which came out great! This time I got a pedi it was a mess my 8 year old niece would’ve did a better job and for $53 dollars didn’t get the massage chair, toenails didn’t get clipped, polish and gel on my skin and had to sit back down for it to be fixed just as worst as first time as he finished no lotion or anything!!!!! I would not recommend this place unless u can get an appointment with Henry. ~Shaniqua

Looks like its hit or miss depending on who you get. My first time there yesterday for a simple trim and clean up. Was there for an hour, sat me back down to fix it once, cost me $35 and I gotta fix it again next day. Couldnt even tell you her name b/c she was silent the whole time. The other stylist was super personable and her customer was in and out before me with no issue. ~dan

I have Tried using studio G twice and both experiences were not good at all because of the same woman. I used them for two different weddings the older Lady that does scheduling does not know how to at all! The first wedding I showed up to my appointment and she messed it up in the computer but the stylist were able to fit me in and fix her mistake). This last time the same older lady sounded totally confused over the phone putting in a simple appointment. She said I was all set after I talked her through it and confirmed the day and the time. It is a evening wedding so everything Has to be done in the morning. I called the day before and she has my appointment for 2 hours before the wedding starts and it would definitely put me past the start time of the wedding! I even told her it must be in the morning. She did a 4pm appointment when the wedding STARTS at 6pm. I told her I NEED time to go home and get my kids ready. So now I have to hurry up and find somebody last minute for haircut, hairstyle, eyebrow wax and for make up tomorrow morning before the wedding. Definitely not happy would never recommend them due to not understanding how to put an appointment in to a computer for the right time twice! I am not a stylist nor have I ever worked in a salon but I know how long each task takes and how to time everything out.
