We had a severe food allergy that we needed to accommodate. Gluten free for my Celiac mother and daughter. The most important criteria in choosing a caterer was finding someone willing to take us on! lol Anna was outstanding in her efforts to make our food safe! She was very professional and willing to walk me through my many questions about food preparation and ingredients. Loved working with her! Our dinner was delicious, on time, plenty of food, organized and gluten free! I will never work with anyone else. We had a total blast!!!! ~Mary
