Every time we order something that goes through Seneca ups, it is late. Or damaged. Or they have it on the truck for delivery and then say "unable to deliver, business closed". My house isn't a business, and nothing has required a signature. I don't know what their deal is but it's very frustrating. This has been ongoing for the 4 years I've lived in the area. ~Kristen

I stood there and waited 25 minutes for a personal size portion of pasta. I saw many other orders done before mine and sitting there with no one in sight to pickup. And staff knew which order I was waiting for. This was the second night in a row I waited, and waited, way to long for a simple item. It was a busy time of the day, but there were multiple people cooking, definitely not express food..... ~Brenda
