Every time we order something that goes through Seneca ups, it is late. Or damaged. Or they have it on the truck for delivery and then say "unable to deliver, business closed". My house isn't a business, and nothing has required a signature. I don't know what their deal is but it's very frustrating. This has been ongoing for the 4 years I've lived in the area.

I'm getting fed up with Seneca PA UPS, constantly our packages are out for delivery only to be delayed claiming severe weather. They claimed it yesterday and today, it was over 40 degrees today so that can not be a valid reason. I believe I'll have to start requiring my packages come via another provider.

Purchased a shipping label. Went to drop off the items to be shipped. Was told they didn't have the box that fit the dimensions of my items. The label I purchased was for a box up to twice the size of what I was shipping.

Kathy is a GEM✨💎✨ Every time I need to go to UPS to do business, I am met by Kathys friendly smile and greeting. She is very proficient at her job and has good ole fashioned customer service that is very rare these days! I always leave with a smile on my face when she works the front desk. Every time I have something delivered to me ups in venango county Pennsylvania I get the notification that it's been delivered and have to go on a neighborhood search for the packages. I'm not sure if it is laziness or incompetence. And when I tried to call out to resolve the matter I had nothing but runaround from an automated service. I realize that I can't control what people use to ship things to me but I will NEVER use this service by choice. And next time it happens I will not try to call them. I will go out and take care of it personally.

I would give less then one if I could! My drive way is long enough I can't see the main road from my house, every time UPS is delivering my packages they are tossed along side the road as if the driver doesn't bother getting out of his truck. A few weeks ago one was found on a storm sewer grate soaking wet, this most recent one was found tangled in the weeds by my neighbors fence. Luckily he found it and called me. I hate UPS and will make arrangements from now on to get them from the post office.

I routinely get packages delivered from Amazon. Recently I had a package that showed as delivered, but had not been dropped off. When I called and talked to Karen, she tells me the driver put the package in the mail. When I told her that it is illegal for that to happen, she stated "I know but sometimes we still do it". Unfortunately the package was not in my mailbox, and is missing. When asked why it wasn't dropped off at the house, the excuse was the driver was new and didn't know if there was a place to turn around in the driveway. The whole time she had an unpleasant attitude.

I have been using UPS in Seneca for my daily pickup for several months now and management is extremely unorganized and rude. Karen and Spencer do not seem to care about there employees or customers. They have missed my daily pickup 4-5 different times. When I call to ask to have someone pick up my packages after waiting around wondering where the driver is both Spencer and Karen do not seem to care and have a bad attitude towards their customers and make up an excuse about how they have no other drivers to come by. They blame me (the customer) for their mistake, in which I am paying for. I do not recommend this location if you need to have your packages picked up on time and to be treated fairly by management.
