I stood there and waited 25 minutes for a personal size portion of pasta. I saw many other orders done before mine and sitting there with no one in sight to pickup. And staff knew which order I was waiting for. This was the second night in a row I waited, and waited, way to long for a simple item. It was a busy time of the day, but there were multiple people cooking, definitely not express food.....

So I just deleted all my past reviews and we are starting fresh. Supreme and carnavoir pizzas are the bomb. If getting 2 pizzas order the specialty specialty and pepperoni then they can add toppings to the pepperoni and it is cheaper than two specialty pizzas. 2 for $12 sub special is a great value buy and if you want more meat make it double meat and it is still cheaper than most places for subs. This would be a 5 star but they pack consistency. Hopefully that improves under new management.

Poor customer service. The female who makes the pizza's refused to take our order after we were told by the cashier we could order pizza or subs. Unprofessional people whom work there.

Ok, I have raved over the last 10 years about Reds pizza and wings. We love thrmmso muh, we are gluttenous when it comes to ordering 2 or more times a month.....so, this is hard for me to no rate 1. Customer service is so important. Yesterday, I called in a 2 pizza deal, and my hubs ordered his beloved double order chicken wings..... Ya. The pizza was so soggy and overly sauced, even my pizza loving baby girl wanted pb and j. The pizza is still in our fridge uneaten. I just chalked it up to a bad night.bi mean come on! Never had a bad experience ever here. Best pizza ever. Then, they really messed up. Upon opening his wings, the orders were both wrong. Not what h ordered. He called to get the wing issue resolved(even willing to bring them back) and was extremely rudely brushed off and told it was his fault bc he ordered the wrong thing. After ten years, the man who looks forward to his repeat order knows how to order what he likes. So, im sad to say, disappointed is an understatement. Our business will go elsewhere.
