I stopped in on my way to work this morning. I was kinda pushed for time. I grabbed 4 diet Pepsi's and a candy bar. I sat them up on the counter and asked for a can of skoal. The cashier started off nice with a greeting and than proceed to try to find the skoal. I get they are hard to find with so many different flavors to choose from. The can I wanted had a $.50 off coupon on it. It wouldn't ring up so she grabbed another can that didn't have the $.50 off coupon. I said they are probably not the same price cause one is marked and the other one wasn't . Her response was oh I am sure they are the same. Not hardly. I have worked in retail. Anyways, I said whatever than she proceeds to tell me the candy bar isn't ringing up. She than ask me how much it was. She wouldn't go check to see the price. Pretty much she acted lost and didn't know what to do. I left with just the soda and full price skoal. They lost my business as of today. I have seen poor customer service but this takes the cake. I would advise going to sheetz or turkeyhill. I know I will from now on. ~Michael

On 2/23/19 around 10:40pm I walked in to the store to buy a torch for my Dad. I was dined service for the torch because I wasn’t 21, I am 18 with a state ID which I have gave her. She said no you have to 21 and that law is not for lighters it is for tobacco products, Vape products , and E cigarettes. Which I did not purchase nor try too. I simply asked for a torch gave her my ID and got denied service. In the state of California in Pennsylvania do you have to be 18 to buy lighters. You can find that on google tells you right there. ~Aleea

This review goes beyond the normal, because it deals with everyday occurrences, employees face on their jobs on a daily basis. They must face 'INDIVIDUALS WHO COME ON THEIR JOBS MAD, ANGRY...LOOKING FOR AN ARGUMENT'. As I travel from city to city, I found out that people, no matter what race, we all have one thing in common, 'WE GET ANGRY FROM TIME TO TIME'. That fact known, I carefully examine how employees on their jobs, handle individuals who come in 'MAD, ANGRY...LOOKING FOR AN ARGUMENT'. THE HOTEL BUSINESSES, THE RESTAURANT BUSINESSES, THE BAKERY BUSINESSES, THE AUTO DEALERSHIPS, THE MEDIA OUTLETS, THE GROCERY BUSINESSES, PHARMACIES & DEPARTMENT STORES ALL DO GOOD, when it comes to handling individuals who come into their businesses 'MAD, ANGRY... LOOKING FOR AN ARGUMENT'. That said, there has to be a winner, who's employees go beyond the normal, to calm down each situation. DRUM ROLL PLEASE, AND THE WINNER IS...WEIS MARKETS! THEIR EMPLOYEES, FROM WHAT I HAVE WITNESSED, ARE WINNERS AT HANDLING INDIVIDUALS WHO COME INTO THEIR MARKETS MAD, ANGRY...LOOKING FOR AN ARGUMENT. Very friendly staff. Just needed a tire patched because Walmart wouldn’t, said they will have to replace the tire!!! So if you need a tire patched and Walmart wouldn’t do it without replacing your tire come check this place out and friendly environment. Not gonna make you pay for something you don’t need!!! So many good things about this place. Wide variety of yummy baked goods. Very reasonably priced deli items with nice selection of items including meats, cheeses, dips, salads, ready made food. Their grill area offers amade fresh subs, sandwiches, etc. A favorite is their caramel milkshake! ~T

Sincerely one of the best shopping experiences in Shippensburg. The prices are ALWAYS low, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I shop for instacart as a side job and those wonderful women who run that store always help me when I need to find something and never EVER have I felt as though they weren't happy to do so. They even lend me their shopping carts by the registers for my Instacart shopping. I have nothing but great things to say about this store, if only all shopping centers could be like them! ~Charles
