As I travel from city to city, I found out that people, no matter what race, we all have one thing in common, 'WE GET ANGRY FROM TIME TO TIME'.
That fact known, I carefully examine how employees on their jobs, handle individuals who come in 'MAD, ANGRY...LOOKING FOR AN ARGUMENT'.
THE HOTEL BUSINESSES, THE RESTAURANT BUSINESSES, THE BAKERY BUSINESSES, THE AUTO DEALERSHIPS, THE MEDIA OUTLETS, THE GROCERY BUSINESSES, PHARMACIES & DEPARTMENT STORES ALL DO GOOD, when it comes to handling individuals who come into their businesses 'MAD, ANGRY... LOOKING FOR AN ARGUMENT'.
That said, there has to be a winner, who's employees go beyond the normal, to calm down each situation.
