On 2/23/19 around 10:40pm I walked in to the store to buy a torch for my Dad. I was dined service for the torch because I wasn’t 21, I am 18 with a state ID which I have gave her. She said no you have to 21 and that law is not for lighters it is for tobacco products, Vape products , and E cigarettes. Which I did not purchase nor try too. I simply asked for a torch gave her my ID and got denied service. In the state of California in Pennsylvania do you have to be 18 to buy lighters. You can find that on google tells you right there.

was in here last night, staff was very rude and made rude remarks about my friend and i. then the staff followed us to my mom’s car after my friend asked what was so funny because they were laughing at us. then they told me that my friend was no longer allowed in the store, only because THEY were not doing their jobs correctly.

Very Rude staff, store is very dirty, and who doesn’t toast an English muffin for a breakfast sandwich. Sheetz and rutters run circles around this store.

Can't complain. Lacks selection, but it's a perfect store for gas, ice cream and the munchies.

Some staff are very rude. I lost my bank card and thought I would have dropped it in their parking lot so I called and they women I talked to was really rude and when I asked if anyone turned in a bank card yesterday she was quick to come back with “no” and hang up.

Get gas very often at Shippensburg Turkey Hill, seems like most of the time I want to wash my windshield the cleaner bins are empty or have dirty wash liquid in them. ☹️ Everything else is very nice, employees very friendly and helpful, milk and I cream are the best (chocolate peanut butter swirl).
