Best auto parts store in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

If I could give 0 stars I would. Best two employes that no longer work there anymore is the only reason this specific advanced auto got several years of my business and hard earned cash. Since then this location has been the absolute worst business for customer service. Never answers the phone at any hour of the day and have no problem picking up then hanging up without a word. Has given me countless of the wrong parts that result in me returning back multiple times to get it right. And most of the current employees have such poor attitude that it's just an all around terrible experience doing business at this location. I will be happily taking my business and money to my in town carquest because weather it's more pricy or not they are always happy to serve the customer. To anybody reading this to save time and agrovation best do the same. will be looking forward to notifying district manager of this locations lack of service and poor manners in hopes it might make someone else's experience better. ~John
