Or if they recommend things because they "look" good and are not practical (Cypress: Oh this would look good on this designer's portfolio, yeah who cares if it's not functioning like it should). Or they can't measure the height of a kitchen cabinet (Cypress: Don't worry, we'll ship it back for free and order a shorter one, who cares if construction needs to hold up because of this or the fact that you're paying the same price for a much shorter cabinet) ~J
