This post office has continuously misplaced or lost packages of mine and my neighbors. They don’t follow protocol and they are very unprofessional. One of the stupid delivery men left my package outside the box because it didn’t fit in the parcel box and my package was stolen. You think they would reimburse me But I never even got a call back about what was too happen since it was their fault he didn’t follow protocol. They will give your packages to other people in the building rather than take it back to the post office and leave you a note. You’d think around the holidays they would be a little more cautious about the way they handle deliveries but no they aren’t. I’m still Waiting for a call back ~M

I was told that Chomp was rated #1 burger in Rhode Island for 2 years in a row- and I see why! I had the brisket burger with no onions and no BBQ sauce- the brisket was a patty style held together with potato. The burger had a thick meat patty and I added egg and bacon. The bacon is thick cut and the egg was perfectly cooked! The fries are great and the Mac and cheese is a BBQ style made with cheddar cheese. I would highly recommend Chomp- very warm ascetic and a terrific burger. ~Ezra

I've always gotten great service at Twiggs U-Haul. However, at the end of December 2021 one of their U-Haul staffers lost his temper for no reason and threatened to cancel my reservation. It was completely unexpected and unprovoked. I am sympathetic to the pressures people are under and the prevalence of rude customers, but this was shocking. It was the worst experience of my life as a customer. I'm giving them 3 stars because of their past history and the fact that another U-Haul staffer apologized profusely. ~Ron

I am appalled at the terrible customer service here. Dottie was rude as I walked in at 9:30 saying we close in 10 minutes… I am gathering some items for my home and children and she comes up to me and says we are closing in 3 minutes! At 9:40pm! The store is open until 10pm. I have never had a problem shopping here on my way home from work. I have never had someone be so rude! I am putting my items in my car and the gentleman behind me in line came out and said she was talking about me in the store! What kind of customer service is this? Only come here if you want to be disrespected. Next time I’ll be sure to cash out at 9:59. :) ~Krista

Despite saying and confirming on google that the store closes at 6pm, every time I go there, sometimes before 4pm there is no one there. Ive had a broken phone for 2 weeks and the only 2 days I can go in are Friday and Saturday, and quite literally every time I try to go there is a sign on the door that says open till 6pm, no one is inside and the lights are all off. ~Zack

An unsafe place of business. The main clerk, Alex, who is there pretty much every day is openly anti-vaccination and anti-mask on social media. There's a strong likelihood that you'll get sick if you go here. You're better off spending a couple cents more per gallon at the Valero than risking your health due to a conspiracy theorist clerk. ~Dana
