This post office has continuously misplaced or lost packages of mine and my neighbors. They don’t follow protocol and they are very unprofessional. One of the stupid delivery men left my package outside the box because it didn’t fit in the parcel box and my package was stolen. You think they would reimburse me But I never even got a call back about what was too happen since it was their fault he didn’t follow protocol. They will give your packages to other people in the building rather than take it back to the post office and leave you a note. You’d think around the holidays they would be a little more cautious about the way they handle deliveries but no they aren’t. I’m still Waiting for a call back

Aweful job of tracking my packages. I called them directly to track my packages and was told there we no packages being delivered to my address today. 30 minutes later they are delivered after i left the house. Usps has become a joke. I no longer want them as a carrier.

Has always been what I expected and I always recieve my packages on time. Didn't get a 5 because sometimes people who work there are unsure of themselves and others dont seem to go the extra mile but they still usually have an open mind and don't call you a liar for believing certain packaging or supplying or arrival details a certain way.

I was waiting for a package. I live on the second floor. Instead of coming up, and knocking on my door, they just left a sticky saying that I wasn't home to sign.
