Despite saying and confirming on google that the store closes at 6pm, every time I go there, sometimes before 4pm there is no one there. Ive had a broken phone for 2 weeks and the only 2 days I can go in are Friday and Saturday, and quite literally every time I try to go there is a sign on the door that says open till 6pm, no one is inside and the lights are all off.

Marissa and Abbi are the BEST !!! We just went there this past weekend and were trying to switch carriers. It was a complete nightmare getting a port over code from our old carrier. They were complete professionals and helped us through this impossible transaction. After 4 hours we finally got everything changed over. They did everything they could for us and were a pleasure to work with. Please give these girls raises. They are worth every penny!!!

Marissa and Abbi are THE BEST! Someone tried to steal my phone number by Sim swapping. They fixed it. Cut off the other phone and put my account on High Security! These 2 young ladies are THE BEST EVER!

I have been here before and the gentleman was very nice. Went this weekend and the woman was snappy and very uninviting. Ended up at the metro in Fall River next to Shaws and felt much better and received good customer service!

Had problems with constant advertising on my phone. The tech at the store went into my phone and deleted many apps, which seemed to help. She advised me to reapply any app that I use frequently, but do them slowly , and try to notice which app might be an "ad" adder.
