I am thankful their operating times posted online are accurate. Thank you for staying open longer than the Corporate store in the mall. You'd think a Corporate store would post accurate times of operation.

I went in for a new phone and phone line, the lady working was extremely helpful and nice, I believe her name was Bridgette. She helped me pick out a new phone and set everything up for me with no issues, give her a raise! I would recommend stopping by this specific location.

I called November 30th as i was trying to locate a specific cellphone. Was greeted by Nate with a great attitude, ask my question and he stated that "yes we have a good amount of those here", also asked about service and moving carrier provides and once again answered instantly.(great customer service skills and very good knowledge) i said i would be there on the first of December and i was told no problem see you then. The following day called with one more question and Nate said give me a bit and i will called you back, he went out of his way to get me the best deal possible and he came thru.(great customer base). That evenings i called once more and stated i will be there at a specific time Nate, reassured me by placing my items aside and once over added ill see you then. Arrival time, and i was in and out in less then 30 minutes. To concluded this well deserve review Nate is a must see for any product purchase or questions.A++ to him. Best experience!!!.

The Metro rep was great being a senior citizen he took the time to make sure I understood everything. And got my problem straighten out. I highly recommend this Metro store to go to.

I came in looking for a phone and a better plan that I had with Sprint and Sissy was great! She helped me pick a plan that worked for me and my family and best of all I got a better phone for a better price than what I had with Sprint! Thanks to Sissy at this location for helping me out! I wish I could give zero stars to the the male employee who told me since I was a girl I needed a pink case and then tried to overcharge me and was pushing me to buy things i did not need for a 'deal price' which was no deal at all. I wanted a case and He changed the price 3 times and looked at the ceiling like he was trying to figure out a price to tell me. You know the price I want a case . How much? He was so rude telling me i couldnt have just a case and he was being very annoying and pushy and that made me tell him forget it ill go to another store because you are wasting my time and i walked right out of the store without even buying the case I went in for. Why make it so difficult to buy an accessory? This new store wont last with salespeople like him.
