Bait and switch. I called before going in to make sure they had the phone I wanted in stock—claimed they did. Drove half an hour to get it. Find out they didn’t actually have the higher gig iPhone I wanted so insisted I get the 64gb. Ask if they have any deals for long-time customers. Tell me they have a “great deal” where the phone, case, screen protector, and charger are included for $278. Oh and tax was an additional $28 after I already handed over my credit card. I felt crummy about the whole process but my prior phone died en route so I felt I didn’t have any options. Should have listened to my gut and pulled the plug. Screen protector is already falling off less then one week after purchase. Accessories are overpriced and subpar (the charger is not even an iPhone charger, it’s a knock-off). Try to return everything to purchase what I wanted online but the accessories are not-refundable, plus if you return the phone they keep the $25 “upgrade fee” as a “restocking fee.” Swindled, bait and switch. Congrats, Cricket! You just lost a six year customer.

The girl working there told me the case was included I even asked the phone comes with a case she says yes and a screen protector I get home and looked at the receipt they took 5 dollars off the case but not free I would never buy those cheap over priced cases from those stores Poetic cases are the best and that is why after 14 months my phone looks like I just bought it as for service I would stay far away way to many dead spots I have to go outside to make a call 👎👎

Hey my phone had got stuck on some text to talk app they have in accessibility well I'm here to tell you that that app absolutely took over my phone would not let me answer it was dialing anybody that wanted to and would not shut the phone off wouldn't let me shut the phone off! This app had me so mad I actually threw my phone I took it into Cricket at that location and told the guy what was going on and he somehow managed it get into the accessibility and fix that phone for me I thanked the man tipped him He gets 5 stars Cricket 3

Quick and great ask for Jeanette she was marvelous and she speaks Spanish also !!! The best at what she does and always on track if I could give her 100 stars I would ! Her attitude and remembering who I was amazing !!! Come to this location they were quick with helping my needs ! Definitely recommend
