Best cell phone store in Providence, Rhode Island (RI) 2024

Had to come to providence place mall because my phone wasn’t working since getting a new Apple phone. Brian was awesome! He gave our girls some sunglasses. He helped us out fixing our phone. Great service, super nice! Definitely will come back again soon for future needs. ~Amanda

I am thankful their operating times posted online are accurate. Thank you for staying open longer than the Corporate store in the mall. You'd think a Corporate store would post accurate times of operation. ~Dylan

They make you pay more at this location By adding things you don’t get. They purchase accessories with consumers money and they tell you its to lower your activation fee and on top you don’t get the accessories they keep it. Its all fraud with these ladies here ~Luis
