Best bank in Warwick, Rhode Island (RI) 2024

I usually only give great reviews for things I really like, but the experience I just had with a teller named Kathy from this branch has forced me to come here and leave this review. This person has zero customer service skills. She was rushy and rude. She cut me off in the middle of most of my questions. There is $900 missing from my account. I just deposited $900 in. No withdrawals or debit transactions have happened since. If I was her boss and I heard her speak to a customer like that, I'd never let her touch a phone again in my bank. If the manager can't fix this I'm banking elsewhere.. She said "I don't know what to tell ya" like five times and rushed to get me off the phone, I kept asking questions and she hung up on me. ~Freethinker
