I usually only give great reviews for things I really like, but the experience I just had with a teller named Kathy from this branch has forced me to come here and leave this review. This person has zero customer service skills. She was rushy and rude. She cut me off in the middle of most of my questions. There is $900 missing from my account. I just deposited $900 in. No withdrawals or debit transactions have happened since. If I was her boss and I heard her speak to a customer like that, I'd never let her touch a phone again in my bank. If the manager can't fix this I'm banking elsewhere.. She said "I don't know what to tell ya" like five times and rushed to get me off the phone, I kept asking questions and she hung up on me.

Will never bank here again. The heavyset blonde manager is the worst! Condescending and rude. She is a phony pretends to be friendly then talks badly about customers loud enough to be heard not to mention always scrolling through her phone very unprofessional service

This bank in Warwick is top notch, particular one woman named Kayla she has been beyond helpful many times , go e to be and beyond to help me understand which account is best for me , and also managing a business account .I went from not understanding to completely getting it . She's certainly the best customer service I've ever received .

NOT A FRIENDLY BANK TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!! Ive had and account with Bank TD over a year at this location, continually they freeze my account for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. Arbitrarily Holding checks for up to seven days because the check is signed over from my husband whom they know personaly and carries the same last name and has deposited dozens of checks this way. Freezing my entire account because theyre deposit Atm machine jammed while DEPOSITING MONEY, LIKE HOW CAN I BE STEALING IM DEPOSITING MONEY TO YOU?!!

Horrid bank. Opted out of overdraft service. Was still charged overdraft fees EVEN THOUGH the charge was declined. Crappy customer service and sneaky business policies just trying to take money where they can. Have had so many issues with this bank. I will make sure to spread the word to choose a hole in the wall before TD Bank!!

This is a superb bank. Each member of the staff goes above and beyond every single time. There's no awkward silence and everyone seems to love there job. All the staff know me and my girlfriend and I feel welcome everytime I walk in.
