ROBBIE, thank you so much for extending great customer service in the parking lot. You see, I went into Walmart to only drop off a FedEx package to find a "We will be back at 3:20p to service you; sorry for the inconvenience" notice. I was somewhat disappointed but understood everyone needs a break and made the decision to go back at a later time. As I'm returning to my car in the parking lot, I hear a male voice repeating "Ma'am" until I determined the voice belonged to a FedEx representative by the name of ROBBIE. How nice of him to accept my package while on his break!! ROBBIE, you saved me an extra trip. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Thank you sir!!! ~Kim
