ROBBIE, thank you so much for extending great customer service in the parking lot. You see, I went into Walmart to only drop off a FedEx package to find a "We will be back at 3:20p to service you; sorry for the inconvenience" notice. I was somewhat disappointed but understood everyone needs a break and made the decision to go back at a later time. As I'm returning to my car in the parking lot, I hear a male voice repeating "Ma'am" until I determined the voice belonged to a FedEx representative by the name of ROBBIE. How nice of him to accept my package while on his break!! ROBBIE, you saved me an extra trip. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Thank you sir!!!

Worst customer service experience ever. The employee at the front is very unprofessional named Taylor. I had a package to mail off that was already prewrapped. He tells me he needs to know whats in the package. I was insulted because he did not ask the customer ahead of me the same question. I will report to Corporate office and BBB. I have never in my 40+ years have anyone ask me this question and refuse to send package.

I always receive great customer service from Robbie whenever I visit! I get all of my printing services done here for my restaurant! I used to use the Print & Go system but since I needed larger and different sizes I started getting help from Robbie! So thankful to have a FedEx nearby.
