This place is never open. The only time I can get it into my schedule is early Saturday morning and every time at 8:30 and there are “no appointments” left for the day. It takes 30 seconds to collect blood. This place is poorly run. Will not be using Quest anytime soon.

We have went to Quest Myerstown for years and they have always treated us well. The billing system is difficult tho.

I drove 45 minutes from my house to this location, being that it was the closest collection site for the company I was screening for. Immediately upon walking in, the tech asked when I had urinated last. I told her an hour, and she told me to leave, saying they had no water in the building(?) and that I would need to return the next day. Initially, I didn’t question it, but I saw there was a store down the road where I could buy a water bottle and perhaps save myself the time. Upon returning to Quest, I first saw the tech out by her car and went inside to no one else in the building. After standing there for a solid minute, the tech came back in and immediately dissuaded me from coming back, saying I wasn’t allowed to do it. I told her I brought water, which was unopened, but she told me it didn’t matter, saying that once I started the process there was no going back. I mentioned how far I had traveled, and that I just wanted to take the test. She then said in an annoyed tone that they were closing in an hour, as if doing her job was a problem for her and that I was getting on her nerves. Now I understand that there’s procedures for things like this and I will admit that I am not privy to them, but the tech at the Myerstown location on 2-10-22 did not seem interested in explaining them to me in a reasonable and understandable way, she seemed annoyed and like she just wanted to go home for the day. Had she been a bit more patient with me I might have just ate the hour and a half drive for nothing, and let it go. However, from the moment I walked in I did not feel welcome and I was made to feel stupid, and the possibility of seeing this woman again is enough for me not to go back ever again. Would give them a 0 star if I could, because I feel they failed entirely as an establishment

I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appt. time and was called in immediately. Jessica was courteous and friendly. The techs at Quest have a heavy workload and are working alone and do the best job possible. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I never write bad reviews cause most times I feel like there is a valid reason something doesn’t go as planned. However, this is now the second time I have scheduled something at this location and there is no prior notification of cancelation or anything other than a sign on the door. I needed a drug test to start a new job and am now being forced to delay my start date with this new company due to Quests lack of organization and reliability. Today when I arrived there was a sign saying they are temporarily closed as of 6/21. I scheduled this appointment on 6/25 online with no issues. I even got a text the day before asking me to confirm my appointment and received a text that morning to check in from my car. Why was this allowed if they aren’t even open? Especially for this long of a period? They’ve been closed for 10 consecutive days! As a health care facility it really makes you question how organized can any of the results be. I then called the corporate office where an individual told me that because it was only 9:00 am and my appointment was at 9:15 am (I showed up early as instructed) that I was too early for my appointment and that’s why no one was there. I saw multiple people come and go who had appointments but found out at the door that they weren’t open. I asked if they could confirm someone would be there by my appointment time, even though they open at 7 am, and he said yes. The individual was rude and had the attitude that this wasn’t his problem and he clearly lied to me. I waited and no one showed (as I expected). The lack of professionalism and reliability of this location will now force me to drive an additional 20 minutes to Lebanon or Wyomissing to find a diagnostics location. And honestly after all of this, I don’t even want to go to another Quest again.

Myself and three other women showed up at 9:00 this morning. I was a walk in, they both had appointments for 9:00 and 9:15. The office "opens" at 7 and there was a giant code lock on the door. Tried to call and after forever of automation it said my call "couldn't be completed at this time". I'm going through a different lab to get my tests done.

My lab technician (the only woman in the building) was very rude and inconsiderate of the reason for my labs. She was very invasive of why I was there, even after receiving my lab orders via fax. 100% disgusted and will NEVER return. The lab tech needs a refresher course on respect and empathy or she needs a new job.

This place has many problems that someone needs to address. Three weeks ago I had bloodwork done. I was there 15 mins before closing. The lab tech said,” I’m closing in 15 mins.” I replied,” good! That means you’re not closed.” It took 5 mins to drew my blood. Last week the lab tech couldn’t bring the computer system up so everyone was turned away. This week here I sit at 7:16am with four people waiting in their cars and the door is locked and lights are off. Opening hours are 7:00 am Starting to wonder how good their quality of control is with my labs if they can’t simply follow a few easy principles of business.

I have always had a very nice and pleasant experience at the Myerstown Quest office. I know that they had some trouble in the past , due to the Covid Pandemic. However, the lovely woman who works there now is professional and extremely kind!!

I made an appointment online months in advance and took off of work to have blood work done. After receiving confirmation emails about my appointment and reminders from Quest, I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early to find that location padlocked and closed. Completely unacceptable.
