I had to get blood work done recently, and let's just say I'm the worst when it comes to needles, can't stand them whatsoever, the red hair lady who took care of me made me feel as comfortable as I could be, she was accommodating and thoughtful as could be and did everything she could to take my mind off it. This 5 stars is for her!

The worst wait of my life for a drug test that should only take 5 minutes. 1 person working the entire facility. Absolutely awful experience.

I had bloodwork done earlier there today and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with getting blood drawn! I'm a hard stick and they usually have to stick me more than a couple times. I usually get lightheaded because I have low blood pressure. The phlebotomist was the sweetest! Not only did we bond over Marvel, but she was so gentle and so kind. It didn't hurt at all and it was quick! I didn't get lightheaded or anything. I told her how I have had negative experiences in the past with getting blood drawn. I had a traumatic experience getting bloodwork done at my doctor's office, the lady was really rude and made me cry because she was very rough and bruised my arm so I'm terrified of getting blood drawn. Because of this phlebotomist's kindness and compassion, I was able to get bloodwork done today without any issues! 💜 Thank you 💜 This angel deserves a raise!

The worst form of customer service one could imagine! Moreover, during these COVID times, they cud not accept a soft copy of a blood-work prescription, won’t even have an email or a printer tied to their system. I ran for a hard copy last moment across the street but closed the door on me 12.01pm, extremely disgusting.

My husband had an appointment as his PCP had sent orders. At no time, were we told that he needed to fast. My husband has an issue with his memory an apparently told the technician that he hadn’t eaten and then remembered that he had. I was waiting for him to finish and the tech called me over. She said that I told her that he had fasted, which I had not. She kept repeating this and said that I would be responsible for the bill because he had eaten. All this was said as loud as possible. The woman was loud and rude and we will never use that facility again. She has no business dealing with the public, especially not with older people who may have issues!

The lady at the front desk is SOOOO SWEET and easy to talk to. The lady that took my blood was AMAZING. I normally pass out when I get blood taken and it takes a long time. She was done in like 3 minutes flat and I felt fine after. Best experience getting bloodwork EVER.

Wellness checkup was quick, on time. But they are old style, results not immediate, put a huge bandage for blood draw,instead of a simple bandaid. Wife got it done at other place and got results immediately.
