Online says open till 230. I went there and was treated horrible by whoever was still there at 2:15 but had the door locked. Whoever she was it seemed like she was just lazy and wanted to get out early

I cannot express how thankful I am for Angela and Dotty for helping me out today. I had to get a genetic test done that could change my life and they took such great care of me. They listened as a sobbed and comforted and gave me all the information I needed. They helped me call my physician to get the order for lab work. They were so patient and kind to me. It’s nice to know that there still good, caring people out there. Thank you again.

I had scheduled an appointment for a blood draw at 6:30 am. I start work at 6, so I would have to go in late. By 6:45, there still wasn’t anyone at the office and multiple people were waiting outside for their appointments. I ended up leaving and didn’t have my blood drawn. I lost two hours of work for no reason. Now I’ll need to take more time off to reschedule somewhere else. Unprofessional and a huge inconvenience.

The staff at the Beaver office are very friendly and professional, but it is impossible to call anyone there. All I needed was to find out if my test would be covered with the added codes requested by the tech at my last visit. My doctor faxed a new order to the Beaver office. The automated system does not offer an option to speak to anyone. I tried billing, as there was no other option that came close, and was disconnected four times. I finally had to have my doctor mail the new form to me and I have to physically go to the Beaver office to have them check the new codes. This is ridiculous. I have to take time off work just because there is no direct number to speak to someone at the office in Beaver to see if they received the fax. I wish my insurance allowed me to use another lab because I certainly would NOT be using Quest if I had another option.

They locked the door in my face and I have had several test done and had to pay for only for them to mess it up I don't trust this lab they are very unprofessional.

I took my son to get blood work done yesterday . They took his blood for a very long time and when they were done, they said it wasn’t even enough blood. So they threw the blood that they took out and wanted to take more blood again! Very unacceptable and unprofessional! I will never go there again, specially with a small child! I feel very frustrating and angry about this situation, they tormented my poor child! When I went back out in the waiting room, I was very angry and complained to other parents about my issue. People that were in the waiting room with their kid were disappointed with the same issues as well. One lady said that they took her child’s blood three times until they got it right. This is horrible!It seems like they don’t know what they are doing and are not trained properly!

Tape stuck to my arm and ripped skin off , is pink and very tender. It was paper tape. Tried to call to speak to someone, but they make it impossible.
