I loved this location!! Personally, it was easy for me to find. You can see the planet fitness from across the street and it’s right next to it so I used my common sense to find it. The check in process is easy. You do have to wait if you don’t have an appointment but that’s common sense as well and shouldn’t be an issue for anyone. I felt a bit light headed during the blood draw because I hadn’t eaten all day so the nurse gave me a freeze pop and I truly appreciated that! I’ve never felt so cared for by a nurse in my life! Highly recommend this location for all of your lab needs!!

Had a pre employment drug screen for a good paying job, the employer gave me information to get my test done and fax it. Pretty standard I showed up 30 minutes after they opened and took my digital ticket. That ticket said I had to wait around 15 minutes to be seen. I proceeded to wait 1 hour for 15 minutes to pass before giving up and getting another ticket. That one had me scheduled for 20 minutes AFTER they closed. Don't bother calling the location because no one will pickup. Get your tests done somewhere else.

If you're reading this, you might be driving in circles around Boscov's looking for Quest. Maybe your GPS is pointing you to Wells Fargo, like mine did. Quest is in the same building with Super Shoes. LOOK FOR THE RED AWNING. The double doors on the right take you into Quest. Once inside, the staff are super kind and patient. (They understand you were lost.) The full-time phlebotomist (wish I got her name) made the whole process seamless, even after Tower Health didn't give me all of my lab orders. She is very professional and makes you fell comfortable. Will do all my labs here.

I go here every few months for my blood work tests and it's always been a fantastic experience. The staff is very friendly and they make sure to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. I've never had someone draw blood so fast and accurately every time before. Plus it is practically painless. Just the slightest pinch. I highly recommend going here for any lab work testing. It's located across the parking lot from the movie theater and right next to Super Shoes on the farthest doors to the right.

Appointment was very easy to make online. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was very kind and efficient at her job. I had a little difficulty finding the location, so just be aware it is next to Super Shoes. You even get a little taste of nostalgia walking through a leftover corridor from the mall.

I had a great experience today at the Quest 5th St. location. When I came in without the proper paperwork, I thought I would have to reschedule. However, Kristin was great. She gave me the fax number to give to my doctor’s office, told me if I needed anything her name was Kristin and was just all around professional and nice. When I got my bloodwork done, she asked mw how my week was going which I thought was nice. And we chatted about it a little. The office itself is very well maintained and looks really nice. I was there years ago and it looked nothing like that. And the staff was not professional like they are now. This will now be my preferred lab of choice.

I had a great experience at this Quest location yesterday. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was taken promptly. There was an issue with my Lab orders, but Krista went above and beyond to help me address the issue so I would not have to return. She also followed up later that day. I highly recommend this location, and would definitely return. I also highly recommend setting up an account online and making an appointment. It helps both the patient and the lab.

Krista was professional and went above and beyond accommodating me even though I was 45 min late for my appt after finding this location very difficult to find. She was very empathetic about this as others have also had this problem, and she has been trying to have Quest post better signage. Krista even cut her break short to get me in and out. So appreciate as this was bloodwork that should have been done a couple of days earlier at a prior appt, where I was not informed that two lab slips, even from the same doctor, now require two separate appts. The app does not make mention of that detail when you schedule. Since labs are short staffed these days and appts can take days or weeks to schedule, and walking in is no guarantee if they are too busy to squeeze you in, it would have been helpful to know this during online scheduling. I understand the need for multiple appts if someone is a difficult stick, or shows up dehydrated, but for most I think this is an unnecessary policy and is most inefficient when multiple tubes can be drawn from one venipuncture! Multiple appts should be the exception, rather than the rule. To locate this lab, GPS has you u turning all over N 5th St Hwy. Stops in Rite Aid and CVS were to no avail. as neither had any idea where Quest was located. Finally a Fairgrounds Boscovs employee was able to tell me that Quest was located over by Super Shoes in the same building as Planet Fitness. Now that I know where it is I would go again, but make sure you book as many appts as you have lab slips and that you don’t arrive between 11am-12pm, during lunch since there is only one staff member on-site. And be nice to Krista, pls! She is lovely and gets a hard time for things that are beyond her control. I would give her 10 stars if I could. As it is I rated the site with only 4/5 stars due to the difficulties locating the facility and this multiple appt/stick policy with multiple lab orders. Hopefully this review helps take away some of the frustrations for future patients getting labs drawn! Being prepared helps, especially for something that most of us find unpleasant, especially when we need to have blood drawn on a regular basis for medicine checks, etc.

Excellent service this morning from Michelle. I already had an online account and made an appointment. She took me a half hour early. Cheaper than going to the Reading (Tower) Hospital. I asked her if the Quest location will be closing because of the recent news article. She said no. I hope they stay open. The store opens early at 7 AM so you can go before work. It is best to make an appointment to cut your wait time. UPDATE: SATURDAY 28 APRIL 2018. I just logged in to MyQuest and there is still no results posted from my blood draw last Friday. I did call the company and they told me that the doctor received the results on Wednesday and that it will take a few days to appear on My Quest. It hasn't. I will call my doctor first thing on Monday morning just to be sure. They sure are taking their sweet time with my lab results. Next time I'll go back to Reading Hospital now Tower Health.
