This is an honest and real mechanic shop. They replaced the rack and pinion to fix the electric steering failure on my 2012 F-150. Upon closing the driver's side door, the side mirror fell to the ground and shattered, which they replaced free of charge with a $400 mirror from the rip off central Ford dealer down the road.
