This is an honest and real mechanic shop. They replaced the rack and pinion to fix the electric steering failure on my 2012 F-150. Upon closing the driver's side door, the side mirror fell to the ground and shattered, which they replaced free of charge with a $400 mirror from the rip off central Ford dealer down the road. These guys are honest mechanics and take pride in their work. Go to them before any dealership. You won't be disatisfied.

I had an issue with my truck not starting and at first they said it was the crank shaft sensor, the the timing belt needed to be replaced and finally one additional issue. The price went from 1900 to 1010 to finally 1345. When I got the truck home the drive shaft fell out a day later. Do not go here. They kept my vehicle for over a week and it's not running after 1345.00 was paid. Services: Engine repair, General repairs & maintenance

I have to give Abbott’s Auto Care a five star review. Went for rear brakes and they uncovered an unrelated problem that was potentially serious. Had to get my Sierras PCM reprogrammed due to it being stuck in 4WD; they done the programming as I paid for but they called me saying that it didn’t fix the problem and that he will “diagnose the actual problem” for an extra $110. Everything I read about said this was solution so I thought it was odd that it wasn’t fixed. I took it home, and simply put it neutral and switched over to 2WD and it went back to 2WD. Maybe they didn’t know to put the truck in neutral before switching back to 2WD? Personally I think they were just trying to get more money out of me. Service: Electrical repair

Abbott's Auto is my "go-to" for oil changes and auto maintenance! They are professional and knowledgeable. I have taken my vehicle so many places where "upselling" is required and they pressure you to buy additional services. Not at Abbott's! They can be trusted. If they tell me my car needs something, I believe it. No one wants to be "sold" but I value a genuine recommendation when my car truly needs something. This was my first visit and I am very pleased. My car needed the turn signal bulbs replaced, so nothing terribly taxing, but a good initial check of their operation. The repair was fast and done right. The people were very nice and knowledgeable. I'll be going back for my automotive repairs in the future.

I needed some repairs done and it was late in the afternoon. After being turned down by two other shops, a friend suggested that I call Eric at Abbott's. Eric was super friendly and told me to come on over. They completed my repairs in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. I will definitely be taking all three of my vehicles here for service from now on. Thanks for helping me out when no one else would!
