I cannot complain about the oil change. As far as I know, the oil change was done properly. My issue is with their shady tactics and upselling. The guy was about to give me the most expensive oil change for my old car. Luckily, I spoke up. Then he insisted on the most expensive oil change when I asked about other options. Once I again, I said I just want the oil change. His reply was, "How long do you want to keep this car?" I guess only the most expensive oil change will keep my car running... Then he asked me if I wanted other filters replaced I said "No thanks. Just the oil change." He proceeded to recommend a coolant flush. Now I begin to think the guy is deaf. I don't know sign language. Lastly, I drove off and realized my receipt states that they performed all types of checks and a windshield cleaning. THEY DID NOT. They did, however, check my tire pressure. Only because I asked. I tipped the guys $7, but looking back on it, I doubt I will go to this location again. I doubt the guys who changed the oil will ever receive any of the tip I left. I appreciate the guys who actually changed the oil. I do not appreciate shady business practices. I can only imagine how badly my grandmother would get taken advantage of at a place like this. She would leave with a $150 oil change. A business should not assume that every customer wants the most expensive service before engaging in the service. It's also a misrepresentation to state on the receipt that certain services were done when they were not. Service: Oil change

Great customer service! They were fast, friendly, and helpful. Bryson did a great job explaining my options and trying to help me choose the best option for my vehicle. I never felt like he was pushing me for the upsell. He even brought my dog a treat! Very impressive. Don't forget to search for a coupon online before you go!

They were quick and pleasant but the told me I was done and had me drive off they did not give me my card back. Mostly though I specifically asked did you check all my other fluids they said yes and added what was needed. They did not add windshield wiper fluid I was completely out so I know they did not. I didn't notice though until I was own my way back to get my card that they had not added it. On your receipt it list what they did. They did not check my tires or the pressure. They did not clean windshield. But said they did. So I'm sure they did not check anything else. When I told the guy they lied they did not add windshield wiper fluid he said there must be a leak that they did add it. Well I have not leaked any out since I actually seen them add it. I don't like be lied to or treated as if I am stupid. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

Went to this location today for the first time and as we were being serviced, the bay 3 system crashed 3 times! The lines started to backup and other customers started to curse out the staff here for the wait. Staff were clearly frustrated, but super apologetic and friendly to us, communicating the issue and making sure we were comfortable while we waited. They even thanked US for being understanding and kind about it all. Shout out to Jose, Bryson, and the other gentleman who helped us today (I believe his name started with a D, but I didn't catch all of it) - keep up the good work! We appreciate you! This was the worst experience ever and a total waste of time and money. Took my car to get an oil change. Which took no more than 5 min. By the time I got home which is also 5 min away all the oil from my vehicle was gone and my drive way was covered in oil. Had to get my car towed the next day back to them due to my vehicle being bone dry of oil. They tried to tell me it was my fault and that the oil was leaking from other parts of my vehicle. Mind you I’ve literally never had any problems with oil leaking. EVER. After HOURS of going back and forth with the employees and management I had to ask them to put more oil in and show me where it’s leaking so they won’t be responsible( which they did) after taking the skid plates and CORRECTLY completing and oil change I’ve yet to have and leaks. Long story short they will not do a complete oil change bc they have little kids working on vehicles that they aren’t used to working on and will have you stuck in the middle of the road or with a blown engine due to their incompetence Service: Oil change

My first visit and it was great. They fill your anti freeze, power sterring and other stuff that needs filling for free. Change the oil and filter. For a reasonable price.

This is my go to place for an oil change for all of my vehicles. The customer service is top tier. The entire crew make you feel like family. I appreciate the people here for making an oil change enjoyable. Just to name a few Jose, Charmaine, Sammy, John, and Tony are all exceptional alongside everyone else! Still learning names! Great customer service, great management, great staff and overall great experience. Mike was very thorough and making sure we had everything correct and cleaned on our vehicle. No one ever told us about changing the cabin filter until these guys at take five.
