This location previously diagnosed that my oil pan gasket on Jeep needed to be replaced. After growing leaks in my garage, I scheduled the service. The quote was shockingly high, but I continued with the service. The manager called to tell me the Jeep was ready. I arrived 20 minutes later to find the Jeep on the lift, not even close to finished. The manager had gone home for the day. I get paid by the hour. This wasted time actually costs me money. Subsequently more leaks (worse?) on my driveway. I opted to go to Abbot's to have the Jeep fixed. They diagnosed a stripped oil pan plug. Abbot's replaced the oil pan, gasket, oil change, etc. for less than Midas charged for only replacing the gasket! When I pointed this out to Midas, I was informed that the manager and the technician that worked on my Jeep had been fired "due to problems". "Justin", the area manager never contacted me to hear my side of the story though the local manager committed that he would several times. Due to my persistence, Midas reimbursed the cost of the oil pan that Abbot's charged me. Even the refund process was flawed and I was paid in cash. I will be posting this to all social media outlets, CARFAX, etc.

These guys were incredible! Had a group traveling through to a high school event when the vehicle started having some issues late on a Saturday. Called and explained the situation and even though they were getting close to closing, Ron agreed to check it out. The guys at this store were amazingly professional and courteous. Got the repairs taken care of and the team back on the road in just a few minutes. So thankful we found them and for their amazing service. Fixed 1 of the 3 problems I had on my vehicle. The exhaust work they do is great and recommend it for any exhaust work you need. However if you have anything other than tires or exhaust that needs to be done I do not recommend. Could not fix my problem after spending $400. Could be worse but also could be much improved.

I had amazing customer service from Emmit. He was very patient and explained all my options. I greatly appreciate the time and effort that was put into trying to find the best deal for me. The manager David was very helpful as well. I definitely recommend this location to get brakes and tires replaced

They serviced my vehicle for me. They had it for about 24hrs. So far the car is riding up to par with no complaints. The only issue I had was booking an appointment successfully. I had to book one twice to confirm it. Each time I booked it was done the day prior around 1am.

Add an appointment today An oil change And check for a noise probably on breaks. Pull up to the 1st page 1st Bay closest to the front door because my wife has MS and would need help getting inside to wait for our car to be worked on. Went inside to check in No one was at the desk but someone came out from the office from working on a computer. 1st thing he asked is that your car you'll have to move it it's not a parking space. I said OK as soon as that he started turning to walk back to his computer to play. And I said but I have an appointment. Is no reaction so I said I guess I'll just leave. Is and he replied good. It must be nice to have enough business that you can turn away new customers. I figured it was the owner. So I figured I'd call back and check. No it was not it was Barry the manager. I wonder if the owner has taught him how to treat people like that and hes making enough money he doesn't need new business. Obviously they don't care about people who have handicaps and can't walk that far or neither business. I would not recommend going to this store when you have people like that who don't care about others or what they do.....

This place sucks ! Dean the manager tried to help but his supervisor Justin Smith has no customer service skills whatsoever. Spent $1,200 bucks for ties and a oil change and alignment. They damaged my rims and Justin said he would not do anything to help. States they didn’t damage anything and I did it myself. If I did curb a rim it would be on 1 side of vehicle . The damage is on all 4 tires almost identical damage . I alerted the manager to the damage before I ever took delivery of my car. Dean assured me that it would get fixed only months later to be told by justin to go fly a kite . Stay away at all cost . They don’t look out for the customer they just place blame back on you .

Anthony, Jay, Chaz and the team really did a great job getting my 86 F-150 up and running, with some new shoes to boot! Outstanding customer service. My wife and I have our everyday drivers serviced there also. Well done guys!
