Be careful with this location. When picking up the heart prescription they MAY have had the correct pills inside but it definitely had someone else's name and other information on the bottle. We returned them to the store and they filled a new prescription. On a separate visit, unfortunately we realized after paying the cost seemed too high. Upon checking with our insurance company Walgreens was $50.00 higher than other pharmacies. We asked the pharmacist if they price matched and of course they said NO and because we walked outside the door they would not return it(I realize it is a law). Funny how when they made the mistake they could return the medication! They didn't care when we asked why such a price difference or that we were upset with them.

Made a second account just to give these guys another one star review. The pharmacy in particular is horrendously dysfunctional. I called six days in advance to ensure my monthly medication would be there (because it often isn't somehow) and still, I show up to receive only half of my medication and was late to class. Very rude staff as well.

On the store end, the service is very slow, doesn't care all that much about customers, and is overall sub-par. But what's really upsetting is the pharmacy side. Unless this walgreens is the only place within 30 minutes of your house, go through somewhere else. Lines are 20 minutes long because they're not in hurry at all, they never seem to have my medications ready when I was told they would be, most pharmacists are apathetic and lazy, and all of this represents a massive inconvenience. I could go on and tell stories, but it's not worth the time. And neither are these guys. Go somewhere else

Today I had a horrible experience with the pharmacy. My plan was to logon and give an extremely harsh review, infact I got the name of the pharmacist I was angry with and planned to file a complaint with the board. I just came out of dental surgery and was extremely disappointed and upset how I was treated by pharmacy staff, not to mention I was in extreme physical pain and my script call in from the doctor was no where to be found. After becoming loudly upset I entered the store and asked (crying in pain) to speak with a “store” manager. Store staff was amazing & apologized quickly and instantly got me to speak with today’s store manager. I must admit that I am a hard & difficult customer to deal with when I am upset…that being said I’m beyond impressed to change my review to an awesome one. Not only did the manager check on everything I said, she personally checked me out and again apologized and sympathized with me after fully letting me explain myself and the situation. I can’t leave any type of negative review bc I am beyond impressed and appreciative of her. Walgreen…you got a keeper. I appreciated that this store manager actually took the time to care, and because of that I will continue to use this Walgreens. Thank you for putting people in charge that actually care. Today it made a world of difference

This is one of the worst pharmacies I've had to use in a Walgreens. They don't have prescriptions ready, are not friendly at all, and don't answer and questions about any prescriptions. I only use this location because it's close, but I would not recommend it at all. Otherwise front of house staff is nice. Would recommend getting new pharmacy staff who actually want to do their job. I'm not the only one who's had awful experiences with pharmacy staff. Shows Walgreens doesn't care too much.

Sunday December 20th 2020. Today 1 (one) star for Walgreens, specifically for the PHOTO DEPARTMENT. At 11am I received bad treatment and an attitude from the girl in this department. She was not able to understand me because I have an accent, and because of that, she decided to stop being nice and asked me to repeat myself again in a bad mood. I was initially thinking that she was that way with everybody but I was at the desk for a while and I could hear she was very nice with others customers. I realized that was just because my accent. I'm a neighbor and go to Walgreens often. I felt disappointed, I don't know if I will go back.

I’ve been going to this same pharmacist since I was 15 years old. Had no problems all these years until I turned 20 and there’s always some bs or another wether it be not having my insurance on file, not receiving faxes, or verifications when I’ve heard first hand from my doctor that everything was taken care of. Today I went in trying to get my prescription(again) which took 5 days longer than supposed to, brought 3 forms of identification just to be rejected for the 3rd time this week. 110% switching pharmacies.

I have had two prescriptions filled incorrectly here, unfortunately I did not figure this out until getting low, luckily this was not something that was a serious health risk by not taking it but it was inconvenient none the less, and when I contacted the pharmacy about it I was told on both prescriptions there was nothing they could do. I understand they are very busy but it would be nice if they understood that everybody can make mistakes and work with customers to figure out a solution instead of immediately dismissing them.

Great customer service at the photography department. The lady working there this morning 1/6/19 helped make an order right. The pictures had come out cut in an odd way. She took the time to reprint them, and manually cut them herself to make them right. This was above and beyond as there were about 40 images to cut. Excellent customer service that’s so hard to find now. I really was impressed! I hope Walgreens will recognize her for this.

Coming from a different pharmacy I used to use, to this one has been a great change. I now can get my medication at any point in the day and not worry that I will have to wait in long lines. This Walgreens never has a long line in store or in the pharmacy drive up. Staff is always offering assistance. Not to mention this staff is very friendly and greets me every time I walk into the store.
