I have been working out in a small group session with Tim twice a week for a year and a half. Tim’s workouts are challenging, but that’s because he knows how to encourage me to give my best effort. At the end of the workouts, I feel great and de-stressed after a busy day at work. I’m looking forward to continuing working out at 360 Fitness so that I can continue to pursue the lifestyle changes that I want for myself.

Tim and his crew are fantastic. As a physical therapist, I'm picky about who I send clients to for personal training. High quality personal trainers help keep people out of physical therapy and Tim does just that. His education, knowledge, expertise, and experience is second to none. I would not hesitate to send any of my clients to him or any of his staff members for personal training after recovering from an injury. I work out at 360 Fitness myself and enjoy the workouts. There is a lot of variety and I find myself challenged in different ways each time I step in the door. 360 Fitness is a great place!

I started going to 360 fitness about 18 months ago after I had back surgery. I wanted someone that would make sure I was doing the exercises right and help me get back to where I was before surgery. Tim not only got me back to where I was but now I am doing things I couldn’t do before. 👍🏼 I recently just finished a 12 week program (muscleman 2020) Loved the workouts and thought I made some huge improvements. Most importantly I have found a new love for strength training. That is 100% because of Tim and his workouts. Very challenging but geared for me and what I needed at that time. I look forward to another program with Tim and 360 fitness and plan on Tim & Lindsay helping me with my nutrition. Thanks Tim & 360 Fitness for everything!!

My overall diet and motivation to workout has changed while working with Lauren. She made me feel comfortable, never made me feel judged and was always my biggest cheerleader! I have always, for as long as I can remember, been nervous to work out with other people or nervous to go to the gym by myself due to me being self conscious, and Lauren changed that for me when I was with her. The money and time I have invested have been more than worth it, my overall health is better and I have now gained an amazing friend! One of the biggest benefits I remember from working with Lauren and the 360 fitness team was when I first injured both my knees due to running. They took the time out to help repair my knee, provided me with stretches, exercises, and changed the workout routine to make it tolerable. I was extremely grateful that the time was taken to find out how my knee was injured and that research was done to help understand what I needed to do to fix it. They truly went above and beyond. Long term I have tools that I have learned from Lauren, such as, what exercises work best for me, what I enjoy doing for exercise and what diet works best for me so I can continue a healthy lifestyle. I would 100% recommend Lauren to my friends and family, knowing they would be in great hands and that they would benefit immensely with their experience with her. I can honestly say I have always hoped I would find someone like Lauren to help motivate me and FINALLY feel comfortable with. She has guided me in the right direction since I first started with her, she has continued to reach out to me, keep in contact, and never failed when it came to motivating me.

As a female in her late 40s I was intimidated at the thought of going to the gym. I’ve known Darcy for a long time and decided to give it a try. I absolutely love going in for my strength training class twice a week! I’ve never looked forward to working out up until now, what a feeling to actually enjoy it! Darcy is a wonderful trainer, she will modify the workout to your skill level and will keep moving you forward, beyond what you thought you could do! I started training with Tim and his staff over a year ago at 360 Fitness. I had finished a big race and was looking to get in better shape and get healthy. Changing how I worked out with metabolic conditioning classes and weights has helped me acheive my goals. Strength training has helped me extensively in many ways. Tim and his staff are extremely motivating and encouraging. They bring fun and hard work into your workout to help you reach your goals. This personal training studio helps people of all ages and ability. The staff is very experienced and knowledgeable in the field.
