A friend of mine had been talking to me about Lakeside Fit Body for a couple of months. I finally decided to make the call and give it a try. I am so glad I did , and wish I would have joined sooner. All of the Trainers are excellent and really know their stuff. They will push you , but also recognize your limits, and will adjust accordingly. The owners are so professional ,and so willing to work with you , no matter your age , or fitness level. It is a very comfortable environment for all ages and body types. You really feel like you are in a one on one training session, even though there are others in your class. Every day there are lots of different class times , made to accommodate everyone's schedule . I went in thinking it would be a 3 or 4 time a week thing, but I have found that I want to go every day ! I feel much better overall ,and have much more energy all day long . It is very rewarding ! Highly recommend !!

It took me over a year to convince myself to give it a try and I regret not doing it sooner. The workouts are different every day but there is a common thread too. I am pushed appropriately but can also hold back a little if I’m not feeling it that day. I also love that I know there will be a class at the same time every morning that will push me and give me what I need to get/stay in shape. I also love that if I can’t make my regular 7:30 class... I can get up early and go st 6:15 or go late at 8:30.... evenings an option when all else fails! Every teacher has been knowledgeable and helpful as well as encouraging. I’m 15 weeks in and really starting to see the difference these workouts are making. Looking forward to Thanksgiving to see what the next 15 weeks will bring!! Thanks Lesa & John

I hate it when I'm there, but I love it! The workouts are always fresh, and I can adapt to my fitness level. The instructors do a good job explaining the exercises and making sure we are all doing them correctly. The atmosphere is fast-paced and welcoming.

What a find. I have been doing gyms and machines off and on (mostly off) all my life. This is a perfect mix of free weight, core, and cardio. Exhausted and satisfied every time I leave, always happy with my progress. I lost weight, I'm more flexible, and those nagging strains and pains don't come around as often. Plus I receive encouragement emails, body monitor metrics as well as realistic recipes and healthy living tips. Low frills just the basics - means I'm not paying for stuff I don't need. Thanks LFBBC.

I absolutely love my workouts at Lakeside Fit Body Bootcamp! The trainers make the work-out fun, but push you to work your hardest. I've been coming several times a week for two years - it's become part of my weekly routine. A routine that I look forward to!

Lakeside's workouts will keep you from getting bored! They change every day and the trainers will keep you motivated to push through! From beginner to hard core athlete, the trainers will offer an appropriate, challenging option to every exercise. As a bonus, I've also made lifelong friends here!

I know it looks like this place is for the ladies, but there ARE dudes here. If you want to pump iron and do body-building, this is not the place for you. If you want to lose fat, and actually be 'fit', this is the place. Sessions are in a large room with one instructor. Exercises are mostly body-weight, rubber bands and dumb-bells. The instructor demonstrates the exercises and makes sure you're doing them correctly. The pace is intentionally fast. Exercises often have three variations, so the same workout can challenge people with different abilities. The instructors are great. Exercises are never the same, which avoids monotony.

FBBC is how I choose to start my mornings. Great workouts that are always changing and challenging so you are never bored. Great instructors who care and will always give you options and tell you to listen to your body. I LOVE my FBBC family!!
