I Setup an appointment for a basic non synthetic oil change at 11:00. I get there and they didn’t have record of it though I had the confirmation on my phone. They informed me it would take 1-1 &1/2 hours. I agreed because I was already there and that is when I regret the whole day. I got back 1 hour beyond the 1&1/2 hours and they hadn’t finished my truck because they had up sold the fleet company on tires and air filters. I refused the tires and told them to install the air/cab filters. Needless to say a basic oil change turned into a $200 synthetic oil change with air and cab filters taking 3 1/2 hours. I had everything in the brake system done including caliber and all on July 9 and yesterday July 23 my front wheel locked and my tire exploded. When the wrecker picked it up the wheel came lose after he had to push it backwards and he started looking to see what made it do that. The whole brake mechanism was hanging with no bolt in it! They did completely sloppy work and could have caused me and my family to be badly hurt if I had been moving faster. Now they want to act like nothing happened. Never bringing anything here again! Service: Brakes

Although the center was busy, I was given personalize attention to my needs. To anyone who might be debating coming here, go. You will not regret it. The best part is being given the explanation of the vehicle issues as well the various services offered by the car center. The technicians are very knowledgeable and can handle various tasks within a reasonably fast pace. I appreciate the service I received and will definitely be returning! I would never use Meinkie's service again. Nor would I recommend them to anyone. They say they change the Oil but did not change the Oil Filter. Very Poor service. They told me after changing the oil that it would take an hour to change the filter. If they know this why did they not tell me before charging me for a basic Oil change which I asked for. Also they charged me for synthetic oil which I did not ask for. They think a women is stupid and doesn't recognize a Rip off.👎👎👎👎👎 Service: Oil change

Woman at the desk was fairly unpleasant. The oil change did not take terribly long, about an hour for the oil change and the 23 point inspection, along with tire rotation. The guys that did the oil change were all fairly nice, but I was told that I needed my air filter changed. While I did need it changed I was informed it would be $40 and 20 minutes worth of work. For reference, this work takes $15-$20 and 5 minutes at most. Finally, do not use a coupon without it printed. The woman at the desk was very adamant about this and while she did give me the discount, she was very rude about it. Service: Oil change

Went in to get lights fixed. The customer service was great. They replaced the bulbs and it didn’t fix the problem, so they offered for me to come back when they have a technician in. They didn’t charge me for the bulbs since it didn’t fix the problem and i will definitely be going back when they have a tec in to get the problem the fixed. The mechanics were all very professional and kept me up to date with everything that was going on and they also work quick and productively. I would definitely recommend them to someone in the future. Services: Electrical, Electrical repair

Went in for an alignment and while the wait wasn’t terrible- they told me that my truck needed $3000 in repair when the parts that they were quoting went for $180. I was just going for an alignment and they tried to gouge me for other things that weren’t even wrong on the truck. I recommend going somewhere with Experience

They provided a no pressure environment explaining all of my options. Once I made my decision on how I wanted to proceed, They ordered my parts and offered me a ride home. I went for a basic oil change on 10/26/21. I drove 7 hours before I noticed they didnt put the oil cap back on and all the oil had spilled all over the passenger side of my car and engine. I checked the dipstick and it was completely empty. I called the store and told the manager what happened and he said he was sorry and would give me two free oil changes. I then had to have my car towed to have oil put back into it and my engine checked because I do not know how long I drove with no oil in my engine. It cost me $164.72 for the oil and to clean my engine. I asked the Meineke store manager if he could reimburse me for this and he told me he couldnt with out escalating it to corporates. So I asked him to escalate it to corporate and corporate told me they do not offer refunds or reimbursements but offered me a store credit. They wouldnt even reimburse me for the $45.68 oil change that spilt all over my car. I do not recommend this location or Meineke after being out $200 for a simple oil change and not helping me out on the cost incurred for their mistake. Service: Oil change
