I hate to say this, because the one on James Island is Great, but this is the worst bank I've ever done business with. I never get out of the drive through in less than 10mins. There are never any slips or pens in the containers. Custom Service is less than par.. employee turn over seems high as well.. I rarely see a familiar face ~Charlotte

So, she asked me if I could go over to one of the offices where a banker was. I asked her if she would be able to help my client. She was so rude and hostile in her tone. Bank of America you need to speak with Andrea. She is not very nice, and is very abrasive. ~ms
