I was there with an elderly client. After seeing the teller she needed to speak with a banker. We waited about 30 minutes. So, she asked me if I could go over to one of the offices where a banker was. I asked her if she would be able to help my client. She was so rude and hostile in her tone. Bank of America you need to speak with Andrea. She is not very nice, and is very abrasive.

i had to close my card down, because my old roommate used 300 on it 3 months after i moved out. we shut the card down, they send me a new one. it had the canceled card’s information on it. i call to order the right one. i was in between moves. they sent me a new card, but took my pin code off of it. they said my new pin code would be sent in the mail days after my card came in. the pin never came. i moved away. i go to deposit cash, my old pin doesn’t work. i cant active it on an atm despite them telling me that the 3rd time i called. i call again to attempt to active this pin, since i’ve been without a working card since december 1st. it is now january 9th. mind you, the claim on it hasn’t progressed when amazon was able to tell me the same day it was her. i called the 4th time, because my bank is temporarily closed. i usually have to work 7:30-5. i don’t have the time to go to the bank usually. then it happened to be closed, including the other near by locations. they told me they couldn’t activate my pin over the phone. i don’t get why. i had a prepaid card with my last job and i was able to activate that. i don’t know why they don’t have something for the pin on the app. and i also don’t understand how i have an active card right now but with no pin. i can use it on amazon, but i cant use it at the bank. worst bank ever. they aren’t helpful at all.

Worst branch in Charleston! They usually only have like one person, maybe two, people working and with no urgency at all. Do not go if you are in any kind of rush or hurry. In fact, just avoid this branch all together!

The very worst counter help at any branch ever. No oversight or management available. The counter staff was under trained and bumbling around plus was unpleasant to conduct business. This branch can only do better. Please get better help at this location!!

Outstanding service! Rich who is in charge of business banking is hands down the best banker I have worked with. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. He is also very educated on everything that comes to banking. I highly recommend!

I showed up at 4:45pm today (Monday) to make a deposit. I found out they no longer work a full day and close early (9am-4pm). A BOA employee was walking out the front door and I let her know the night deposit box was out of deposit envelopes (I did not have my debt card and if I did BOTH ATMs were closed too). She said, "Sorry about that" and kept walking to her car. She did not care and did not want to be bothered. Very poor service by BOA corporate by not even having the drive thru open until 5pm and horrible service by the BOA employee that only want to go home and could care less. Very disappointing and frustrating...

I hate the reviews that many people give it a 1 star rating! But I give this place a four (4) star. The lines are a bit long, you have to wait almost 15 mins! But it is located in the Mount Pleasant Towne Centre. Note: the location is off the SC-517 South & US-17 North junction. Thank you for reading my review! 06/30/18

I made a deposit today in this store. I used my debit card and I assumed that it would book it on my checking account. Unfortunately, I had to determine after which I was at home that she had it on my credit card account has paid. after I went back to the bank, she told me that I had told her so, but I am 100% sure that I did not tell her to make the deposit on my credit card account. the way how to treat a customer is probably at this lady where at the switch works not properly pronounced.
