I’ll drive 15 miles out of my way to attend class at the OD Easton studio; beyond the gorgeous aesthetics, the owner keeps the studio incredibly clean, & the instructors are nothing short of amazing-Katie’s Yin class is EXACTLY the thing for anyone who needs an hour of peace (trust-you’ll just about float out the door afterward-she’s THAT good), & Laurie’s classes will make you feel like you just climbed Everest (even if you’re trying to claim my title as World’s Most Graceless Yogi & fall over about 1/2 the time). Every instructor offers modifications & encourage students to be kind to themselves. TLDR: Get up, get out there & GO! You’ll be SO glad you did.
