There were complications procuring a replacement sensor for my Freestyle Libre 2. Abbot emailed me two vouchers, when presented at CVS, that were not received by my insurance. Cindy worked diligently to resolve the problem. CVS is privileged to have such a dedicated pharmacist committed to providing excellent patient care.

Jay C is the pharmacist that made me decide to go to another Pharmacy. 5 hours to fill a script! I told him I would be there in about an hour and can wait. He told me “i don’t care. I’m not filling your script”. This is a daily prescription that needs to be taken before noon and he proceeded to tell me he didn’t care and it would not be ready until after 2 pm. (The scripts are dated and can’t be filled prior). When asking him why it would take so long, he hung up. I have had multiple little problems with this pharmacy I was able to move on from but Jay was the kicker. He was miserable, rude. Just all around the guy you don’t want to speak to or have filling your scripts. I hope you see this Jay and maybe think about how you treat customers.

Cindy single handedly changed my perception and past experience with cvs as a whole. You feel like you are dealing with a private pharmacist when you interact with her. She never has attitude. She is very professional and knows how to treat people with respect. There still are staff there with attitudes but I continue to go there to deal with her. My complex medication regimen makes things a little cumbersome and she helps me navigate the way through anything I need. This is an independently standing cvs within a small set of stores including Roche bros and ups and a orthopedic dr. There is always plenty of parking and you are in and out fairly quick. This is one of the original locations of the moderna vaccine and now they are administering flu shots.

A very big thank you to Cheryl at the pharmacy! On a very busy day a couple of weeks ago, Cheryl took my call no less than 4 times that day and helped me resolve a problem that I needed to solve before I want out of town the next day. Thank you so very much!!!

Pharmacy staff is very helpful! But.... I drove to Denver, CO and took some wonderful pictures and never got them back!!!! Don't use their photo department!

DONT GO HERE! They wont switch my prescriptions over to a different pharmacy on request by me amd my new pharmacy. And pretend they dont know how. I wouldnt want someone who cant figure out the computer program they use managing my meds. Dont go here. Worst place ever. Not worth it anymore and over charge for prescriptions.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Jennifer in the pharmacy. I realized at 7 PM on a Friday that I had left my inhaler at work, and there was no way for me to get it over the weekend. She was so helpful in my time of literal crisis. Called my insurance company to get the refill authorized, got my prescription filled and ready within literal MINUTES. Seriously cannot thank her enough for saving me and my lungs this weekend! Always a pleasant experience at this pharmacy but it’s great to know they’re also there for you in times of dire need.

My vet called in a prescription for my dog, and I had no idea how it all worked. The pharmacist was honestly so awesome...she was sweet, worked quickly to keep me from waiting in line forever, and then scanned a discount card which saved me almost $45 on the prescription. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a positive experience with a pharmacy. Just when I was ready to give up on CVS, too 🤷🏻♀️

Cindy Tran is a wonderful pharmacist. She is always courteous and pleasant to deal with as is the rest of the pharmacy staff.
