I had a nail in a tire and needed immediate service. I called at 7am and received an appointment that day. Trey and his crew were very kind and professional. He skillfully addressed several areas of concern the Mercedes dealership had recommended to be repaired. He applied several discounts to the service charges making the overall expense very reasonable (more than $5000 cheaper than the dealership's proposed plan). Truly grateful for such great service.
