I had a nail in the tire. They provided a replacement at a great price and were able to provide quick service on a busy day. They didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive tire.

I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. I read the reviews so I called to make my appointment (loads of issueswith online), despite calling the store number I've learned that it was transferred to a Firestone call center. I arrived 15 minutes early to be told by the person at the desk in the least apologetic way possible "I sent everyone emails to reschedule this morning, when would work for you?" Well, I've verified that I didn't get an email so... ?? What a waste of time and effort and to be ushered away in a hollow, unapologetic fashion is icing on their terrible customer service cake. I just needed to replace a trailer tire real quick. I already had it off the trailer. The dude at the register was on it. I mean real good customer service. He basically ran out to my truck, yanked the tire out of the back, ran inside, made the swap, and ran it back to my truck before I could even hang up my phone call. I mean I was in and out in like 10 minutes. I was real impressed. Now I know to get an oil change or any real work done, You would need an appointment. They're always busy. But he has earned my business. I'll make an appointment and come back for an oil change and brakes in the near future. It was like he was proud/happy to be doing his job. Nobody acts like that anymore.

This place may not be that bad if you actually can get someone to look at your car. I didn't get that far. Don't make an appointment online, maybe it's better over the phone. I made the appointment online and chose the service I needed. When I got there they said they couldn't do either service that day and I would need to make another appointment. They said the website is a 3rd party system and doesn't communicate with the actual garage. This is an unacceptable excuse. They need to hire someone to revamp their website so that it does communicate with the specific garage or do not offer online appointments. Waste of time and gas.

Went to get new tires and driving home felt my front left wheel rattling at high speeds. I drove home slow and checked what the lugs were torqued to. Two of them were torqued to 30lbs and the others were at 110lbs. Darn lucky my wheel didnt fall off.

Was in town visiting and had a puncture in tire. Booked appt. Brought in tire and they helped and repaired. Place was busy and everyone working had something to do. "Trey" our salesman, was polite and professional. Will recommend and continue to use Firestone anytime available...Great job.

I had a nail in a tire and needed immediate service. I called at 7am and received an appointment that day. Trey and his crew were very kind and professional. He skillfully addressed several areas of concern the Mercedes dealership had recommended to be repaired. He applied several discounts to the service charges making the overall expense very reasonable (more than $5000 cheaper than the dealership's proposed plan). Truly grateful for such great service. Thank you!

I really appreciate how professional and honest they were. I ending paying way more less when I pick my car up. They told me it’s because the part that I wanted to be replace was okay it just need it to be reprogram again. Thanks guys for being honest and professional. My car feels great. The estimate in the beginning was around $311.00 I ending paying just $181.00 including the oil change, tires rotation and car inspection plus the sensor in the tire to be reprogrammed. I’m very happy. I’m definitely coming back again for my next oil change. I already recommended this place to my dad and my sister. We were doing our own oil change because at lot of places they charge you but they don’t actually change the oil. When I got home I check the oil and the oil filter definitely they did the service.

I’d rate it a zero if I could. Had one tire changed last year that took 3 days for me to even get my car back. Yesterday, my dad made an appointment for 4 new tires and a checkup on my car and was emailed confirmation for an appointment at 10am. Upon arrival, I was told I wouldn’t even be taken in until January 1st and “our online schedule doesn’t match our availability.” How tf does that even make sense?! Why would you let someone schedule an appointment and receive confirmation just for you to take it days later? We have been with them for years and even have warranties with them. My dad is now taking our business elsewhere.
