Outright failed to deliver an Amazon package that I can only presume was stolen at the facility. The postman took the package back to their facility after failing to leave it at my apartment office drop off for some reason, and then a redelivery request was promptly made that day for the very next day. Three days later and still no package. I pay good money to have my packages delivered on specific dates, so I was thankful to Amazon offering me a full refund. I can only chalk this experience up to either pure ineptitude or full-on theft. Update 10/25/22: Post office strikes again. Stole another package. This one wasn't even supposed to be in their care, it was handed off to them from UPS.

Very slow. Only one person at the counter and at least 10-12 cars in the lot.

This location does not have one of those machines that weigh and price smaller packages. Everything has to go through an employee, so it's pretty slow.

Literally is rude. Will purposely not bring your mail for daysss and will send a email showing you your mail. Then will try to lie and say it could be at a different post office when it goes by where you stay. They will yell and insult you for complaining about your mail. I see why it has a low rating. They need new people and management that actually wants to work and do their job properly

Did not help at all with my missing package request, deemed it resolved when it wasn't. All USPS are trash honestly.

This location the workers are sooo rude. Always have nasty attitudes with customers. Barely whiling to listen to assist. My package was delivered here to my P.O. Box and I came to pick it up. The guy took 45 minutes look for it. Still didn’t find it. Then he going to say he don’t have to help me. It’s your job to assist! Like why work anywhere and fee that way! But yeah this location is horrible. That mean old man always being rude also. I’m over it

On the 18th I dropped off 2 prepaid packages to be delivered. 1 got scanned in and delivered. The other one got lost in limbo. How? Ask the professionals at this local PO. I went back to drop off 2 more packages this time I paid right at the post office so I could watch them scan them in. And guess what? One package is getting delivered today, and the other “never got scanned in” I just have to assume they’re stealing packages. Please just go to a different PO.

The service at this post office is not good at all. I moved to my new apartment on October 1st. 1 week before that, I put in my change of address online as I'm supposed to when I'm moving. The first 2 weeks in my new apartment, I was receiving my mail but I was also receiving mail for other people who did not live here. 3 weeks into my apartment, I called this post office to let them know that the person no longer live here and that I would like for his mail to not be sent here anymore. I also confirmed my address and my name. After that, they stopped sending my mail but continued to send the other person's mail. So 2 weeks later, I called again to make another complaint about not receiving my mail. I once again confirmed my name and address. After that, still the same results so I called again a few weeks later to make a 3rd complaint. Still, same results. Beginning of December, I called the rental office for the previous apartment complex that I lived at, which is in this same area as my new apartment and this post office. The manager had told me that she sent out my deposit check 3 weeks prior. So once again, I called this post office and the man that I talked to lied and said that they haven't received any mail for me. 2 days later, the manager from the previous apartment called and told me that the deposit check was returned to the them with the yellow label that stated "Return to sender, not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward". So by this time, I was upset so I ended up going to the post office to complain about the situation in person. When the man in the shipping area (which I found out was the same guy that I talked to the last 3 times that I complained over the phone) looked up my information, he tells me that my name didn't appear in the system at all. Crazy, because he never told me that the other times that I complained. Also, I've lived on my own here in Minnesota for the last 9 years and never had my name "not exist" in the system before. Not to mention that I showed him the email that I received from USPS that confirms that my change of address was successfully submitted and approved. I ended up having to put in a 2nd change of address to start receiving my mail. Fast forward to now (a month later), I am still receiving mail for other people who don't live here anymore and other residents in my building are dealing with the same issue. It shouldn't be that hard to look at the names and addresses on the mail and match them with the mailbox with the same exact information.

They don't take calls. A package of mine was delivered and apparently "handed directly to a resident" but I never saw it. I tried calling the post office but they just have this bland message which basically says sorry, we can't do anything, then asks if there's anything else they can help you with. Like, come on. My only neighbor that could've taken it is an old woman, and my name doesn't fit that at all, not to mention the obviously different address. Poor, poor, poor. It doesn't help that this package is also extremely private to me.

My package was stolen from inside the post office. My package was forwarded to my P.O. Box. It never got there. So, don’t purchase a P.O. Box from this location people stealing your mail and package from this location. Buyers beware. Getting a tracking number don’t help my package was scanned so that showed evidence that my package made it to the location but it never end up in my hands because someone stole it.
