The CPR team did a great job fixing my iPhone. I had damaged the front part of the iPhone while installing a new Battery. They took it an fix it within just 15 minutes.

My old phone swelled up and pushed the back cover off. The phone used all of it's battery power within about 6 hours. This shop replaced it without a problem. I now have a 5G phone with the beginning of that same issue and will go here before any other repair center.

Actually a 4.5 as they didn't have the battery i needed and had to go back. Great experience. I'm not a techy person and the guys were friendly, knowledgeable and fun. I will go back if I ever need work done on my phone.

I went here a while ago for a screen replacement when they were done the back of my phone was cracked and I said that was not there you need to fix that they would have charged me another $100 on top of the $400 I had just spent to do a screen replacement these people rip you off my phone won't charge anymore because of that broken back the parts of glass got into the terminals if the wireless charger so now the phone freaks out and won't let any sort of charge into it.

Would definitely recommend CPR Plymouth if you've got a phone issue. I had a cracked screen and was concerned about other damage to the phone and the team was able to run diagnostics, determine that just the screen was the issue, and replace the screen all within an hour or so. The cost was what I consider a standard screen replacement cost for the phone I have (same price as through the manufacturer) and they were very responsive. I appreciate that you have the option to make an appointment online, which made this experience very convenient for me as well.

Shattered a screen on my iPhone 12 Pro in the morning and thanks to the CPR team in Plymouth it was fixed and ready just after lunch. Contacted 3 other spots in town along with Best Buy and the Apple Store, none could do it same day. Most needed a couple days if not a week to either get an appt or order the part. The CPR staff were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right the first time. Price was reasonable and service time was faster than they even expected. Highly recommend to others if you need a electronic screen repaired.
