First, let me say that I really appreciate the owner letting me purchase a bottle of Eagle Rare from his private stock. I was prepared to buy another more expensive bottle from him as well to show my appreciation. But when I got to the register I saw that the $30 bottle was marked up to $45. I’ve seen it marked up to $35 often but never to $45. After the sticker shock I asked how much the other bottle was and he said $100. Again, over priced. I felt like he was taking advantage of me because these bottles aren’t on the shelf and he could name his price. He was right, because I really wanted the Eagle Rare for a Christmas gift so the joy it was going to bring to someone else was enough for me to still buy it, albeit reluctantly. This store went from earning my business to losing it very quickly. I am an avid whiskey/bourbon drinker myself and they had a great selection of other bottles on the shelf at fair prices. I could have made this my go-to place for bottles. But I can’t support someone who is willing to take advantage of new customers. The only way to get more loyal customers is to treat the new ones right. The reviewer below me has a similar sentiment.

Great place. Have a nice selection of wine as well as booze. The guy working gave me excellent advice on a good dinner wine. Very friendly and helpful.

Store owner/manager is just an absolute joy to talk to. They save certain bottles behind the counter and wont even sell them to you if you're willing to pay. Very average selection and not worth supporting a business who wont give all customers an opportunity to buy the harder to find bottles. These store owners fail to realize that if somebody is able to purchase an allocated bottle at their store then theres a much higher chance that they will earn their business moving forward. Dont waste your time at this store, not worth it!

Knowledgeable staff. The owner, Sharon knows his stuff. All other employees are friendly and accommodating. Selection is vast, but not bottomless. If you ask a question, you get the product or will get the product, or a reference to where said product can be obtained.

Nice folks, standard pricing, decent selection of wine, spirits and beer. One issue I found is that the isles are very narrow and difficult to manage, especially for the disabled and handicapped. A wheelchair does not have enough clearance to get to the coolers at the back of the store because there's boxes of bottles all over the floors. Sad. Another issue that needs fixing: fluorescent orange price tags on everything; it's so tacky! Stop it! The staff are a group of very nice people. They won't hesitate to help and have been great to me. Beer selection is 3/5.

Staff are friendly. The liquor prices are good, probably about two to three dollars cheaper actually, on most items I purchase compared to the other place(s) I shop in the area.
