7/18/2022 4 Stars UPDATE: Im changing my review from 1 star because I appreciate this business returning the additional fee to me. Thats great business and customer service. Thank you Buick for the speedy response! 7/15/2022 1 Star: Made a appt for a simple diagnostic test at 9am! Diagnostic test are advertised all over the service area as $79.95. At 11:00a i had to request for my car back because a scan shouldn’t take 2hours especially with an appt being made. Im then charged $95.62. I asked why and he states “taxes” I get the bill taxes were $1.03 They charged $14.64 for “shop charges” on a damn scan but dont mention it until time to go. Poor customer service and appts dont mean anything and learn how to explain the bill. ~Ciera
