Best shoe store in Antioch, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Customer service was terrible. When I came in I never was greeted and they just stood there behind the desk and then got upset because I asked for a shoe size the little girls need to get their attitudes together. Would never go back there to shop again because I would get out of character ~Toni

The manager told me to "be quiet" when I was trying to explain to her that the shoes rang up for the wrong price. (it was a $10 difference, which she eventually fixed after she had an attitude meltdown). When I was leaving, I told her she had no business speaking to customers as she had spoken to me. That's when she started screaming obscenities at me. She used the F-word repeatedly at me as I walked out the door. The rudest employee on the planet (and she's a manager at Shoe Carnival). ~Philip
