Customer service was terrible. When I came in I never was greeted and they just stood there behind the desk and then got upset because I asked for a shoe size the little girls need to get their attitudes together. Would never go back there to shop again because I would get out of character

No stay away the employees will laugh at you and stare as if you were coming to do something to them. I heard one of them say “oh she scared me” and then everyone started to laugh. I feel like the customers should be treated with respect because the customers are the reason they have a job. I just felt out of place so instead of giving a reaction I left. I felt like they were making jokes. As I left I heard a female worker say “all of us just looked like wtf”. I just felt they were rude. I arrived there after 4:30 today and did not give them any of my business.

I never liked this city gear I’ll drive across town before I stop here. The employees are every bit of ghetto I seen one trade shoes for a PlayStation, goes to show why no one could never get the shoes when they come out either you have to pay extra or know them , just fire the whole store.

Me and my husband had the worst experience ever at this place! $300 spent uncomfortable. Don’t recommend anyone to go to this city gear! The staff is HORRIBLE! The lady at the register just throws things around the whole time and is very rude. She wasn’t helpful at all. All she is good at is flirting with every single one of the guys that came in. My husband was very polite while even using “mam” after each frase and she still want to get loud and rude. Idk how this place even has 3 stars tbh!!
