I started my journey at Rambo PT two years ago. I was overweight and was coming off my third knee surgery. In this time, I’ve learned a lot about my health and body while also getting excellent results. Rambo genuinely cares about your health and truly understands that fitness and healthy living is a journey. One thing that I’ve really appreciated about working with Rambo is that he focuses on teaching the fundamentals in order to achieve long lasting results for living a healthy lifestyle instead of just quick fixes. He works with all his clients to form a solid base and to create a program that is tailored specifically to them.
