Best bank in Collierville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Ridiculous! Tried to do a wire transfer of MY MONEY!!. That was on 5/13. I have called for 3 days. No one answers. All I get is a recording (Collierville branch). Left 7 messages - no call back. Finally called the corporate number. After 48 minutes, we got "disconnected." I'm not in TN any longer so I can't just run up to the bank. One would expect that a business would answer the phone. If not - at least the courtesy of a return call doesn't seem unreasonable. ~Michael
